Led by an American Heart Association Certified CPR Instructor, this program will train students on the chest compression component of CPR only. Hands-only or compression-only CPR has been found to be an effective skill which can be used in the first few minutes of witnessed collapse in an adult victim when rescuers are unable or unwilling to preform rescue breaths.

  • Difference between Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Heart Attack
  • Hands-on CPR chest compression practice using mannequins
  • Demonstration of an AED with trainer covering Public Access Defibrillation (PAD)
  • Q&A session

Note: This is non-certified training and participants will not receive a CPR card. Information/training will not cover child or infant CPR/AED or choke-saving for any age.
