For over 60 years the Petaluma Health Care District has been a major provider and advocate for quality health care in Southern Sonoma County. The District, which owns Petaluma Valley Hospital (PVH) and leases its operations to St. Joseph’s Health Care System of Sonoma County, is an active landlord and advocate for the healthcare needs of our community.
The District is currently working with St. Joseph’s and our local physicians to get expanded services in place wherever possible. Given the challenges of the current health care environment, it will take new and creative solutions to provide the updated technology, physicians, and medical services necessary to continue PVH’s history of growth and financial sustainability.
