Our business office is open 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our monitoring station is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We are also available via email at lifeline@phcd.org. Our staff will work with you to custom fit the service to your individual needs. We can generally do an installation within 2 working days of receiving your call. The price of Lifeline service is surprisingly affordable. Lifeline costs little more than a dollar a day, there are no hidden costs, no long-term contracts or need to purchase equipment and you may discontinue Lifeline at any time. With Lifeline, your loved ones can rest assured that you're safe secure and happy in your own home.
