Petaluma is a community of partnerships, and from these partnerships come innovative and collaborative projects designed to make Southern Sonoma County a healthy and prosperous community for all.

Projects like Petaluma Sober Circle.

Driven by the Petaluma Police Department, Petaluma Sober Circle is supported by partners including the Petaluma Fire Department, the Committee on the Shelterless, the Drug Abuse Alternatives Center, the Petaluma Health Center, Catholic Charities of the Santa Rosa Diocese, St. Joseph Health, Kaiser Permanente, and Sonoma County Department of Health Services.

This two pilot project seeks to build upon local efforts to connect homeless or housing insecure residents struggling with mental health and chronic intoxication with local services designed to help them get on and stay on a path to sobriety and good health.
