CARD DISTRIBUTION: Cards will be issued electronically within 10 days of course completion. Cards are emailed to the email address you have registered with.
American Heart Association Requires that everyone have their own manual for this course.

Refund Policy- Registration Fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment has not been reached. In that event a full refund will be given.
Rescheduling policy- You may reschedule one time only. If you contact us to reschedule less than 10 business days prior to your course date you may have to pay for another card if you reschedule in a different month. Replacement cards are $15.00
Cancelation Policy- Failure to appear the day of class will result in forfeiture of entire course fee.
