Our Vision is to foster a healthier community and equitable access to comprehensive health and wellness services for all.
WHAT WE DO
We navigate and identify the health needs and priorities of our local residents, and provide or support services and programs in response to these needs. We bring local partners together to take action to foster policy, system and environmental change to improve the overall health of our community.
